I work for Beverly Kaye and we believe, as you state, that it's absolutely critical to reingage and reignite the workforce that will be the determining factor for success in recovery.  With the disengagement levels being nearly twice as dour for the high performers, we do believe one of the key focuses for recovery will be to build a culture of development -- one in which everyone become self powered careerists -- we suggest organizations move from career maps to career apps that allow individuals to take charge and action.
